§ 10.24.050. Yield intersections.

Every driver of a vehicle shall yield in accordance with the following:

1.

South B Street. Vehicles traveling on South B Street shall yield at Fourth Avenue;

2.

Fourth Avenue. Vehicles traveling on Fourth Avenue shall yield at South Third Street;

3.

South Third Street. Vehicles traveling on South Third Street shall yield at Fifth Avenue;

4.

South First Street. Vehicles traveling north and south on South First Street shall yield at Thirteenth Avenue;

5.

South Park Avenue. Vehicles traveling west on South Park Avenue shall yield at North Park Avenue;

6.

South C Street. Vehicles traveling on South C Street shall yield at Fifth Avenue;

7.

South First Street. Vehicles traveling north and south on South First Street shall yield at Twelfth Avenue;

8.

South Sixth Street. Vehicles traveling north and south on South Sixth Street shall yield at Second Avenue East;

9.

Fourth Avenue West. Vehicles traveling east and west on Fourth Avenue West shall yield at South C Street;

10.

Fifth Avenue West. Vehicles traveling east and west on Fifth Avenue West shall yield at South B Street;

11.

Orchard Avenue. Vehicles traveling west on Orchard Avenue shall yield before entering the roundabout;

12.

Pella Avenue. Vehicles traveling west on Pella Avenue shall yield before entering the roundabout;

13.

Iowa Highway 432. Vehicles traveling north or south on Iowa Highway 432 shall yield before entering the roundabout;

14.

Burlington Road. Vehicles traveling west on Burlington Road shall yield at Fifteenth Street.
