§ 10.32.030. Solicitation from persons in motor vehicles.

No person shall stand in a roadway, including the roadway medians, curbs, traffic islands, shoulders, or other public property for the purpose of soliciting a ride, employment, charitable contribution, or business from the occupant of any vehicle except for solicitors approved by the chief of police.
