§ 10.36.010. One-way traffic required.

Upon the following streets and alleys vehicular traffic, other than permitted cross-traffic, shall move only in the indicated direction when appropriate signs are in place:
A.

One-Way Alley District. For the purpose of this chapter, a one-way alley district is established as follows: Commencing at the intersection of Second Avenue East and South Second Street, thence north to the intersection of North Second Street and A Avenue East, then west to the intersection of A Avenue West and North C Street, thence south to the intersection of South C Street and Second Avenue West, thence east to the place of beginning. All alleys within the one-way alley district shall be one-way alleys.

East and west alleys shall be traversed from east to west; north and south alleys shall be traversed from south to north.

Exception: The east-west alley from Market Street to the Penn Central Mall Parking Lot between A Avenue and High Avenue shall be traversed from west to east.
