§ 12.24.070. Fees.

Any person or corporation making application to the city for the vacation and sale of a street or alley within the city, shall pay to the city clerk an application fee for the vacation and sale of a street or alley within the city at the time the application for vacation and sale of such street is made with the fee being set by resolution by the city council. This payment is to reimburse the city for publication and processing costs with regard to the application and shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
