§ 13.04.300. Water connection charges for the West Area water improvements of 1997.

For the properties that are to be served by the water main installed as a part of Division 2 of the 1997 water main improvement project, the connection charge for each premises shall be established by resolution as may be approved by the Oskaloosa city council.
