§ 15.16.030. International Fire Code—Adopted.

A.

The International Fire Code 2015 edition is hereby adopted by reference from the effective date of this section and the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the limits of the City of Oskaloosa. All installations, repairs and alterations of any item shall be in accordance with the code's provisions, save and except such portions as are hereafter deleted, modified or amended by Section 15.16.120 of this chapter.

B.

An official copy of the International Fire Code as adopted in this section is on file in the office of the city clerk.
