§ 1.24.020. Schedule of civil penalties.

A municipal infraction is punishable by a maximum civil penalty as provided in the following schedule, unless a specific schedule of civil penalties is provided for specific offenses elsewhere in the code:

Schedule of Civil Penalties
First offense	$ 500.00
Second repeat offense	750.00
All other repeat offenses	750.00
