§ 5.04.380. Requirement of proper identification.

It shall be the duty of persons who sell beer and alcoholic beverages, and of their employees, to demand and examine satisfactory evidence of the purchaser's age if a reasonable person would believe that the purchaser might be under the legal age for such purchase, before selling, giving or otherwise providing beer or alcoholic beverages to such person.
