§ 5.04.380. Requirement of proper identification.

  • It shall be the duty of persons who sell beer and alcoholic beverages, and of their employees, to demand and examine satisfactory evidence of the purchaser's age if a reasonable person would believe that the purchaser might be under the legal age for such purchase, before selling, giving or otherwise providing beer or alcoholic beverages to such person.
