§ 8.12.290. License-Exemption for transport by owner.

Nothing herein is to be construed as to prevent the owner from transporting solid waste and recyclable materials accumulating upon premises owned, occupied or used by him, provided such refuse is disposed of properly in an approved sanitary disposal project and provided that recyclable materials are transported by the owner to a recycle center and not to the sanitary landfill. Disposal of such refuse and recyclable materials shall be in conformance with the terms of this chapter.
