§ 2.2. Composition.

The City Council shall consist of seven (7) members. Three (3), to be known as Councilmembers at large, shall be nominated and elected by the registered voters of the City at large. Four (4), to be known as ward Councilmembers, shall be nominated and elected by the registered voters of their respective wards.
