§ 3.1. Eligibility, Election and Terms.

A. There shall be a Mayor elected at large by the registered voters of the City.

B. Only registered voters of the City shall be eligible to hold the office of Mayor.

C. The Mayor shall be elected at the regular City election every two (2) years to serve for a two- (2) year term.
