§ 10.52.010. Definitions.

For the use of this chapter, the following terms are defined:
A.

"Holidays" means Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Veteran's Day, Labor Day (first Monday in September), President's Day (third Monday in February).

B.

"Parking space" means a space designated by appropriate markings upon the curb and/or pavement wherein a vehicle may be temporarily parked and allowed to remain for such period of time as the parking regulation therefor may indicate.
