§ 10.52.020. Three-hour parking zones.

  • A.

    Parking shall be permitted for a maximum period of time of three hours on weekdays, except holidays, from nine a.m. to five p.m. within the following designated areas of the central business district:

    1.

    High Avenue from A Street to Second Street, on both sides;

    2.

    High Avenue from Second Street to Third Street, on the north side;

    3.

    First Avenue from the alley west of Market Street to Second Street, on both sides;

    4.

    Market Street from A Avenue to Second Avenue, on both sides;

    5.

    First Street form A Avenue to Second Avenue, on both sides;

    6.

    First Street, the first three spaces south of the alley on the east side between Second and Third Avenues;

    7.

    Second Street from A Avenue to First Avenue, on both sides;

    8.

    The row of parking which is on the east side of A Street from 210 feet south of A Avenue to two hundred ninety feet south of A Avenue;

    B.

    All vehicles shall be completely removed from a designated parking space and relocated to another within the maximum time limit allowed. The relocations of a vehicle within the same designated space with the intent to evade this section or simply give the appearance of compliance by altering the recording marks made by enforcement personnel shall be considered a violation of this chapter.
